Q. Can I use Lite Webstat to track all the services listed or just one?
A. You may use all the counting services offered for your site, not just one like other services.
Q. Do I require any special skills to setup your service on my website?
A. No, in fact, we encourage web newbie to use our system.
Q. How long will it take to setup on my site?
A. Step 1 - Sign Up; Step 2 - Get the code; Step 3 - Insert to your site
These stepos should take less than 5 minutes.
Q. Will my personal info kept private?
A. Absolutely! Nothing will be leaking out of Lite Webstat, not even your web static.
Q. How many sites can I use on Lite Webstat?
A. No limit! As much as you want. However we need to do maintain the database.
Q. If I have a question that is not listed above what should I do?
A. You can use the contact us form to send a email to us.
Q. What kind of web content site Lite Webstat allow?
A. Any web content is fine as long as it is legal. If you're not sure your site is acceptable or not, do contact us before adding your site here.
USAGE
Q. How do I add site?
A. Once you've logged in, click on "Add/Delete Site" link at the left side bar, there you will have futher instruction. It's very sefl-explaination.
Q. Where should I put the code at?
A. Copy the JavaScript code and paste it anywhere in your HTML/PHP files between <body> and </body> tag.
Q. Why my traffic seems to be less here compare to others webstat services I used?
A.Most of the site will pass by some bots and spammer, which Lite Webstat did not take the stat of them. Lite Webstat only gets unique traffic.
Q. I'm still having some usage trouble but it didn't list here, how to get help?
